John Henry is a Multipurpose Health Assistant (Male) working in the Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has over 24 years of experience in public health administration and regularly publishes analyses of government orders, service rules, employee benefits, promotions, and public health programmes.

As members of the Medical and Health Department of Andhra Pradesh, we represent a vast and diverse workforce, consisting of 12 Heads of Departments (HoDs) and nearly 300 distinct cadres. This makes us one of the largest departments in the state. However, such diversity often leads to challenges in communication, coordination, and awareness of the roles and responsibilities across various sections.
